These really illuminate the ground. I run in the dark often and I like how they rest on my hands. I don’t like head lamps. Highly recommend.

I am really glad that I have my knuckle lights! I got a pair as a Christmas stocking stuffer and used them for my morning rubs during the winter when the sunrise is late in the morning.
My wife thought they were pretty neat, so I gave mine to her for her walks on our neighborhood trail and bought some more.
One of my running friends walks her dogs really early in the morning and I got her some after she had a scare from someone on one of her walks. She appreciated them and said they give her more peace of mind.

Wonderful and bright and a lovely, fun color to match with the perfect running outfit!

I’ve purchased knuckle lights since 2012. I love how bright the lights are. Many people give me compliments of how bright they are. I always refer them to Knuckle Lights.

Knuckle lights are perfect for walking or jogging in the evenings or early mornings and great to keep in the car and on a nightstand. Everyone in my family is getting one in their stocking for Christmas!

Great for evening walks and runs, especially during the winter months. They are very bright. Also great for dog walking to free up the use of hands. A great product.

Easy to use and keep your hands totally free and accessible.
Stephanie Elko
They are super light weight, and can light up the street in front of you pretty well - but it's not perfect. Incoming traffic can still make it difficult to see, and if there are no other lights like street lamps - it's not a perfect solution. I have to slow my pace and just be extra careful where I'm putting my feet while running at night with these, but it's a lot better than some headlamps.

I've been wanting to keep running outside instead of going to the gym this winter. with it getting dark earlier, i was looking for a good flashlight, and kept hearing about knucle lights. Thought i'd give it a try. I can say now, after using them several times, they are great! Lightweight, stay on my hands, bright enough to light up the sidewalk. Great product!

The work great! They are aren’t super bright though, the throw of the beam is super wide and about 10ft out so don’t expect them to work like a flashlight. They are perfect for nighttime city running it lights the sidewalk so I’m not worried about rolling an ankle. I would go for a brighter light if I was running a trail though.
My fingers do get sweaty from holding them on longer runs but that’s more of my problem than a design flaw

I use these lights while hiking at night, they have great illumination and they are very comfortable to carry on my hands

I purchased the Knuckle Lights for my granddaughter. She ran a half-marathon in December in Brooklyn. I was worried about her safety! She was pleased with her gift & uses them. My daughter runs in a California neighborhood setting, often at nite. She was very happy to have her very own Knuckle Lights! Thank you.
Mike Selby
Lit up a dark forest trail with amazing clarity--clearly illuminated every rock, dip and root making my run completely safe. Fit perfectly over my large winter mitts. The weigh nothing the light has no bounce at all. I cannot recommend these enough.
Mark Clark
I purchased the lights because my wife is a runner. She often runs early in the mornings.
She loves them! She says the work great.
Judy Koonce
I bought two pair of the orange Knuckle Lights and had planned on keeping them myself til my co-workers shared about going walking with a friend after work. I had told her about the Knuckles before so I sold one pair to her. She made good use of them last night on their walk. I suspect that she may be in the market for more.
Elizabeth Haldeman
Though my daughter is not a runner her family has a new puppy. The knuckle lights allow them to see where they're going and hang on to the dog leash. Makes for a safer walk in the fall Darkness
Nancy Nimz
I run in the morning when it’s still dark in winter and these really light my way and help me feel safe.
Pamela Hollick
These lights are manufactured to hold up to all sorts of challenges, including a bear chewing on it! I forgot and left my knuckle lights in my pack outside my tent. A small black bear chewed the strap but the light survived. Knuckle lights customer service replaced the strap. Awesome!
Lauren Brueckner
These are my second pair of Knuckle Lights. I love them! They are lightweight and really bright! These are a great purchase!
Michael Stammer
I live next to a bike trail that I use to run and walk my dog. I am frequently on the trail after sunset, and this product is perfect! I put both lights in one hand when I walk the dog and use each light in separate hands when I run. The magnetic connection between the two lights is definitely a major plus. Great product!!!
Christine Bogart
I received my light and used them the next morning on my run. They are the perfect size for my hands and put out a bright enough light for the trail I was running so I wasn’t worried about tripping on anything. I would recommend them to everyone who runs in the dark!!
Amanda Raitt
Love my running lights. I’ve had a couple of pairs and haven’t found anything quite as good when running on dark nights. Really light up the road ahead, hard wearing and efficient. Only thing to watch out for is the import tax if shipping to the UK.
Karen W.
I wanted to tell you that I absolutely love these Knuckle Lights!! I am able to go on my morning runs and be seen! It is so nice to have the ability to focus on running and not worry about tripping on uneven sidewalks. When I received them for Christmas I was as happy as a kid that got their first bike!
Amy S.
It sounds kind of weird, but I have gotten a lot of compliments on Knuckle Lights from people who are out in the wee hours walking around my neighborhood!
George Willis
I wore them at 6AM this morning (Dec.26) and they were like wearing headlights!I dodged some black ice due to the visibility!
Greg Macken
I use them on every run. As a father with a full time job, a long commute, and general life craziness I run very early in the morning (middle of the night). Your lights make it possible for me to see while on the dark routes that I run while also providing comfort knowing that I am visible to drivers. Not to mention they are very light and almost unnoticeable once they are in my hands.
Jason White
Knuckle Lights are easy to hold in each hand and have a strap so your hands don’t get tired from squeezing the handle your whole run. They also are extremely bright and light up the ground so well. I feel safer and that I have a better view of the road, trail or my surroundings when using Knuckle Lights.
Stephanie
If you’re an early morning runner such as myself or a late night runner, then you need to ditch your flashlight / headlamp and get yourself some Knuckle Lights!
Barbara
Please advise Dan Hopkins that I did receive my knuckle Lights and they are great.I can use them around my farm too and don’t have to worry about wagging around a flash light all of the time.....Thank You so Much and I am really happy with them.
Nicole Huston
They are bright enough to use without a headlight, or in addition to a headlight if you are using the low setting. I always find that it helps to have a light lower to the ground if you're running on technical trails.
Kim B.
The beam of light that they give off is enough to light the way for you, plus whoever is to your right and to your left. It's a very wide arc, perfect for group running!
Forrest Omland
I can't believe how much more safe and enjoyable these make my morning runs to work. Thanks so much!
Gretchen
Iam a mother of three boys, working full time with long hours.I too am an early morning runner (ran 17 miles this am before baseball started).I broke my fibula 5 months ago running in the predawn hours, when I landed in a hole in the sidewalk.I have tried head lamps without success (uncomfortable, does not fit my head, and light bounces never where I need it!).I received my knuckle lights yesterday, charged them last night and used them this am.I love them! They were easy to wear, and the light was perfect in the 5am darkness. There was no bouncing light.
Chris Bobrovsky
...but I recently purchased my Knuckle Lights for walking my dog in the evening. They are absolutely awesome! Very comfortable in my hands, even while holding the dog's leash. Thanks for a great product that helps keep us safe.
Mai R.
If I’m going to run with something in my hand for a very long time, I need it to be secure. I’ve been known to fling things out of my hand because my grip isn’t that great. LOL. The Knuckle lights have soft silicone straps on it that can be adjusted to the size of your hand and it fits quite well. It also doesn’t chafe my hands, which is good.
Dennis Yeates
No longer have to wait for dawn, can start my rural run when it is pitch black and have no worries. Perfectly visible to traffic and can see all the potholes. Able to enjoy the best possible start to the working day. Thank you.
Kristina
I'm a huge fan of your product- as a life time early morning runner these are truly the best lights I have found for comfort and visibility. I routinely get stopped by runners and occasionally from car windows complimenting how visible I am!
Amanda
Unlike a headlamp, you can point them anywhere you need light while you run. For me this helps a lot. Seattle has a lot of uneven pavement so shining a light a bit farther ahead of me helps me keep my balance.
Melissa Kahn
I always preach safety first - and when it comes to running in the dark, Knuckle Lights are THE BEST TOOL EVER.... I use them in the daytime too - because they have a great strobe setting. This allows traffic to see me even better than if I was just wearing my glowing neon bright yellow tank top and such.... now I'm glowing neon AND strobing ..... HELLO FASHION!
Mark Hizar
If you are like me and run during the early morning hours or late at night, you have got to get a set of Knuckle Lights. Not only will they alert cars that you are out there, but they will help you see where you are going. Keep yourself safe!
Connie Kulczycki
At first I was hesitant about the product considering I hate holding things while I run and imagined two flashlights being a bit bulky. However, when I received them in the mail, I found they were lightweight and the handles were small enough that they fit perfectly into my hand. Plus, the size was adjustable. In addition, the soft silicone made them pretty comfy to hold – my initial concerns had all been solved!
Samantha Andrews
One thing I like about the lights is that it gives a wide field of view for the area that you are using it in. ATL is notorious for broken and uneven sidewalks so I appreciated being able to see any imperfections to avoid tripping.
Brenda
I run solo half the time, so its nice to be seen and see dogs, people, holes in the road, or trails. I really love using the Knuckle lights now and will need them daily soon as the morning and night runs are getting dark.
T Kelly
The first thing I noticed when I put them on before my run, was just how comfortable they were. In the middle of my run, I often found myself forgetting they were actually on my hands. The soft rubber coating helps prevent any unnecessary rubbing to your hands. Besides that, you look pretty bada$$ running in the dark with these beams shooting from your hands. It put me in the mindset of IronMan or even a Transformer.
Lindsey J.
I have been running with my new Knuckle Lights Colors off and on for a couple weeks now, and I am impressed with how bright my running path has become!
Jen Mearls
Great Customer service!I love knuckle lights!Makes running at night and early morning much easier!! I had a question and got a response within a few minutes!Cant say enough great things about knuckle lights!!Thank you!
