I live out in the country where there are zero street lights. I do lots of early morning runs or walks where it is essential to have some kind of light. I owned the original knuckle lights so I was skeptical that one light would be enough...I could not have been more wrong. This light is so strong that I always feel confident when out in the dark. On top of that, it is super comfortable to hold (even while holding a dog leash in the same hand!) and a single charge lasts me numerous run/walks. I can't stress enough how much you need this if you are doing any activities at night!

I spend at least half the year running in the dark. Knuckle lights have made such a difference for me. I don't like the feel of a headlamp and love the intensity and brightness of my Knuckle Light One. Highly recommend!

I use my one light as my go-to flashlight for endless uses around the house. I use it camping and I have one in my car's glove box. Very bright and the wide beam is fantastic. Easy to hold and can be easily recharged via USB. Highly recommend and it is a great gift!

Walking my three dogs at night is itself a challenge but holding a flashlight is impossible. I tried every type of lighting device but nothing worked for me. Either the lighting was poor or it was impossible to keep ahold of with the three leashes. Knuckle Lights is the perfect solution, I own the two pack Knuckle Lights and now Knuckle One. PS. The customer service and warranty is unbeatable! Thank you for solving my dilemma.

Love the upgrade to the lights. Have had the other models in past but these are best so far. Very natural when holding in hand, brighter, battery life good, and feel like weigh less. All around great improvement.

When I first saw the new design without a strap to go over fingers, I was initially doubtful. I have used every previous generation of knuckle lights and found the strap handy to allow myself to release tension and keep my hands from getting tired. After a few weeks and several lengthy runs with the new design, I am a believer. I do utilize the optional wrist strap, but am delighted to find the new design stays in place well and doesn't produce any stress or strain to keep in place. It's also nice to have an integrated charging point, as opposed to the base unit for flexibility when traveling, but I have had some issues with the cover staying in place for the charging port. My fear is an eventual issue due to exposure to rain and/or sweat.

Honestly, I don't notice any real difference output in lighting between the new One model and one of the Advanced. Regardless, for me the level of lighting is more than adequate and I can safely run in the dark. One major area of improvement is the direct charging system on the One. Charging the Advanced in the cradle became rather finicky over time, with only one of the two ports working.
If I had any gripe/area for improvement on the One, I think the wrist band should be longer and include a slide. Running in cold weather with gloves is somewhat challenging with the current setup.
Beyond that, very happy and proudly display my Knuckle Light sticker in my office.

I read a lot of reviews about how bright it is, well, I wasn't lucky because what I got can't light up more than 3 to 5 ft ahead of me. It would have been nice to have a focus control. By the time I see something, I am already over it. Good thing I paid the early bird price, if not would be upset. I can live with it, and get used to it. Other than that, the grip is great, and aiming to incoming distracted drivers does stop them. It is a plus. For that, I give it a 5.

I usually don’t like holding things in my hand while I run, but this was hardly noticeable at all. Super lightweight- I didn’t have to grip onto it at all, it simply rested in the palm of my hand. I almost forgot it was even there. LOTS of light, but the light didn’t bounce around the sidewalk with each arm swing like you might expect. So much better than the headlamp I’ve been wearing for early morning runs!

It is easy to hang on to, and the wrist strap is a nice touch. It'll be better for warm-weather use as it won't work as well as the lights with the hand strap when I'm wearing mittens in the winter.

I started with the original battery operated Knuckle Lights upgraded to the rechargeable and now to the newest version. These are by far the most comfortable, best balanced of your lights ever. Obviously I love the amount of light they provide --why else would I buy a 3rd pair. I always keep the old lights in the car in case some one in the running group shows up without lights. I always hear favorable comments and thanks for the loan. Had a problem with the original battery operated knuckle lights, but you immediately resolved the issue.

I love the new Knuckle Lights One! One is super bright! One is very comfortable to hold! Very lite-weight! And the feel is very soft (I know that sounds weird but it's just a soft feeling plastic). I do wish it was a USB-C charger since that seems to be what everyone is moving towards...or even a wireless charger!

Lightweight but wish was brighter. It is truly dark where/when I run in the morning and I typically run with 2 pairs of the older version, one in each hand. It is a little more cumbersome holding both of these in one hand. The nicer aspects of this new version are you don't have to deal with a strap that needs to be adjusted nor a stand for charging. I can't stand headlights so I have been running with Knuckle Lights for the past 5 years.

I’ve used this light on my run every morning for about a month, and this is the best running light I’ve ever used. Prior to getting this, I only used one of the original Knuckle Lights; trading out from one to the other each day.
